[GitHub] [geode] rhoughton-pivot opened pull request #2499: GEODE-5757: Fix publication of extension zip artifacts

After removing the nexus plugin, we no longer use uploadArchive as the
method of publishing. Replace the 'archive' configuration with the
proper publication of these artifacts
