Building on Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition Beta

XercesLib and most of the tests build on Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition
Beta with Platform SDK and IE SDK, with a couple of changes:
 
In XercesLib Version.rc, remove the reference to afxres.h (it's an MFC
reference) and replace it with winres.h. Add Advapi32.lib to the linker
inputs.
