Rerunning this on my laptop with a few modifications to retry the check when it doesn't match the range the first time, I've seen

It seems like the range is actually larger than expected, but I have no idea where to even start to guess at whether this is expected or not (I recall this test being problematic for a while on my personal Jenkins).
