   @wzhang0 that makes sense for SQL rows, but....
   
   @mistercrunch I'm having trouble understanding how that'd be possible in Druid. In your example, a and b are different columns, but the UNION that @wzhang0 used to produce that data doesn't have a clear analogue in Druid, to my knowledge anyway.
