Securing URLs in Freemarker templates files

Hi,

There are still 4 issues open (on 60) in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-2330
Don't you think we could fix them all before releasing (10.?)
I'm sure it would be quick with some help

Hi Devs,

Thanks to Bob, there are only 3 issues still open now, maybe not the easiest, your help would be much appreciated. 

Before releasing, and making an official stable, I think it would be better to get rid of all secure issues pending.
At least we should take care of those above, and 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-2272
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-2449

Of course all in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-1525 would be a must, but only those above would already be great.
