When attempting to connect to svn.apache.org from 74.122.138.2 we get no response. It appears that that IP has been blocked. I can trace our outbound traffic to svn.apache.org ( 140.211.11.4) thru our internet routers but we get no response whatsoever. The last two days that we had access were Nov 17th and Nov. 18th. We are working to determine the cause but on those days we saw approx. 16,000 and then 37,000 hits to the svn site and I suspect your (assuming you have one) IPS or firewall blocked our IP. If that is the case, can you remove our IP from the blacklist? Additionally, is there a default timeout where the IP falls off the list so if this happens again we can know what to expect? Thank you.
