[jira] [Updated] (QUARKS-144) Update the FAQ to use Apache Quarks

Kathy Saunders updated QUARKS-144:
----------------------------------
Description: The FAQ http://quarks.incubator.apache.org/docs/faq.html uses Quarks for all of the questions and answers. I think we should use Apache Quarks in the questions. This will have the correct branding on the left navigation bar, which follows the Apache branding recommendations. Also, each question can stand alone with the proper name reference.
