   Structurally, it makes more sense to deploy the core system
   and the providers as part of a single consolidated chart.
   The providers need access to various "internal" details
   of the core like its configuration maps and secrets. As we upgrade
   the Helm chart to comply with Helm best practices, the names of these
   resources will include {{ Release.Name }}, so only be deploying
   everything as part of the same Chart will it be possible to reliably
   name them.
