Switch Cayenne to use unified Maven repository

To address a bunch troubles with maven dependencies that are sometimes happening while building Cayenne, we need to switch to the unified Maven repository, which must always have all needed dependencies available. So let's switch to http://maven.objectstyle.org/nexus/content/groups/cayenne-deps/ in which we'll be able to manage all necessary dependencies much easier. Every Cayenne committer may get write access to the repository.
