99% CPU on Brutus going to "nano"

root     19539     1 99 Jul13 ?        2-00:31:28 nano
/etc/apache/httpd.conf

Could somebody w/ root please zap that ASAP?

An editor (or so man pages told me). I assume someone was editing the
config, and somehow this was left stray.
