Trying to use J2 with Active Directory

Hello,

I have a few general questions about using Jetspeed in conjunction with
Active Directory.

1.	Is it possible to configure Jetspeed-2 to work with Active
Directory using the existing source files? I got through the steps of
configuring the security-spi-ldap-atn.xml file, but can't seem to get
authenticated as any of my Active Directory users. Am I required to set
up Active Directory users in a specific way?
2.	Presuming that I can use Active Directory, is the user
information imported into the Jetspeed database?
3.	Is it possible to set up a combination of LDAP authentication
and a user database? (e.g. the instance where you have internal and
external users of the portal?)

If anyone is using Jetspeed2 in conjunction with Active Directory, I
would certainly welcome any tips you may have.

Thanks,
Elisabeth
