Keyboard shortcut to changing text size
I tried setting keyboard shortcuts for increasing and decreasing text
size. I set Control++ as Increase Font. I did not see a corresponding
Decrease Font option to set for Control+-. However, pressing Control++
does not increase the size of the text, neither if text is selected
nor if it is not. The Text Size selector does not change.
This is on Open Office 3.3 on Windows 7. Note that I asked a similar
question recently on the LibreOffice list that went unanswered.

No, KDE doesn't have anything configured for the shortcuts in
question. Thanks, though. I will try with clean OO.o profiles in a few
days and see what I can do.

Excuse me for my dummy previous answer.
Same case than Andrea, (AOO34 on win and linux ZenWalk ) it works.
On Linux, you must perhaps look in your wm shortcuts config.

Thanks, Andrea. I actually noticed the behaviour in LibreOffice on
Linux and OpenOffice on Windows. Therefore I suspect that the problem
is more fundamental. But the fact that it works for you gives my hope
of fixing it!

Both work perfectly for me (OpenOffice 3.4, Italian, "Linux 64 bit"
version). Most likely your operating system intercepts these key
combinations.

Thank you. I did mention that I tried to configure Control++ as
Increase Font, but that does not increase the font size. I also found
Reduce Font (I thought that it would be Decrease Font) and configured
that for Control+-, however pressing this combination does not perform
the expected function either.
