Customizer

Can I point the customizer of a given WebPagePortlet to another 
WebPagePortlet?  I'm not using vm files and would prefer to point 
customization to another URL.  The examples seem to point to specific 
"action" classes.

Jim,
The default customizer only shows parameters. The URL for the 
WebPagePortlet is not a parameter, thus it is not visible to the 
customizer.  In addition their are some caching implications if the URL 
is dynamically changed.

I noticed a LinkPortlet was added, but I have not used it.  This might 
be useful here.
