Is OrderDataMerging generated class?
Could you check is it contains really deleteBrandData(com.engine.datacombination.OrderDeleteBrandBean) method?
Is it possible to see your WSDL?

The generated required classes by the client are up to date.

For that I have used a current valid wsdl that is also running at the
moment.
