   I saw the official developer interface prompting support for jdk1.8+ when I raised the issue a few days ago, and then encountered some jmod problems in the process of using 11, and mentioned a pr by the way. This issue is also about jmod, so I want to relate it to the pr I mentioned before. Since the CI of that pr is a bit of a problem, I'd like to temporarily update the official documentation to guide developers on how to develop on the jdk9+ version.
