Issue 15, object store

Since I was not at the last meet up I learned late that others maybe
looking at issue 15 which is the state store for myriad. I have a design
fairly well along, unit tested, and about to go into integration testing.

If anyone is interested in looking at the approach and or commenting on it
you can see it at https://github.com/pdread100/myriad/tree/issue-15

I need this resolved to continue work on HA so any thoughts would be
appreciated.
