[jira] [Created] (OPENNLP-1963) Remove the model builder add-on

Richard Zowalla created OPENNLP-1963:
----------------------------------------

Summary: Remove the model builder add-on
                 Key: OPENNLP-1963
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENNLP-1963
             Project: OpenNLP
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: Name Finder
            Reporter: Richard Zowalla
            Assignee: Richard Zowalla

Remove the {{modelbuilder}} module from opennlp-addons. It is a proof of concept for bootstrapping name finder models from a list of known entities and has no tests.

*Reason for dropping:* it prints progress with {{System.out}}, hardcodes the language to {{en}} with default training parameters, and finds entities by substring match. The same workflow is available from main's name finder trainer and CLI with {{DictionaryNameFinder}} or {{RegexNameFinder}} annotations, and model training lives in {{opennlp-models-training}}.
