Please, only file reports about seemingly obvious problems when you have
exhausted all other options. You don't seem to have even attepted to check the
server sockets state (netstat, ro anything similar), or anything ...

You'll have to provide steps on how to reproduce this if you want it to be
looked into (FYI, installing Tomcat on a PC isn't enough; Tomcat binds all IPs
by default for its HTTP/1.1 connector). Posting on tomcat-user about this might
be more useful (BZ is for reporting bugs, not potential configuration trouble).
