wrong characters in subjet text

Hello,

when I invite someone to a conference, the subject text looks like
this "=?ANSI_X3.4-1968?Q?Einladung_f=3Fr_diese_Konferenz?=" 

The mailtext itself is ok.

Where I can adjust this?
