    NS-556: Add validation reporting messages
    
    We can detect following errors:
      * type mismatch
      * unknown value in enum
      * invalid lenght in fixed string
      * out of bounds value for int and long
    All of this works within nested structures like arrays, maps and records

    CircleCI infers dependencies based on project. In our case we don't need
    to set up java environment since we work only with ruby

    Bump to 1.9.2
    
    Avro replaces -SNAPSHOT with .pre1 for publishing development versions
    and there is no clear way how to publish production versions from CI.
    Since we manage which builds will be published, we can publish everything.
