[VOTE] xml.apache.charter
Okay,
It seems that the charter has settled down enough to have a vote. The
current version is available here:
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml-admin/charter.txt?rev=1.13&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup
Voting will last until 6/17, and we need a unanimous vote of PMC members
for this to pass. Here's a ballot for convenience.
