In an Ant based project (did not test Maven), while debugging, all output, e.g. via Loggers or System.out, does not appear in the NetBeans output window. This behaviour occurs in Windows 10. Linux and FreeBSD do not have this problem. In all cases OpenJDK 13 was used for both: NetBeans IDE and sample project.

I attached a minimal sample project which uses System.out. It was generatet with NetBeans 11.
