The pagination control part of this is already implemented by the new UI.  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AURORA-382 will implement the tabs. Marking this as duplicate.

> The pagination on the job page is cumbersome.  Furthermore, some users would like the option to simply list all of the instances at once.  Perhaps we can offer pagination controls similar to the job list page.  We could then move the completed tasks to a tab or something like that.
