[Issue 127425] deleting a color decreases the size of an object of the color dialog

System: Windows 10 (64-bit)
Version: Apache Open Office 4.1.3

Reproduction steps:

1. Open OpenOffice Writer
2. Go to the main menu option Tools-> Options
3. Go to the tab OpenOffice-> Colours
4. Pick a colour in the colour table and press delete.
5. Repeat for 4-5 times. You will notice that the colour table moves slightly
to the right.

Verified Workaround:
Closing and opening the window resets the position of the colour table.
