empty formfields not absent from %fdat
Hello list,
we figured out, that empty formfields are not absend from %fdat
if they are posted by multipart/form-data form ( optAllFormData is not set).
Is this a bug?

No. This has grow out of the history of Embperl. Also it's inconsitent and I
am not very happy with this inconsitency, it is like it is...
