   目前是对用户透明的，通过对 cntl 调用 SetFailed 来隐式转换，转换方式在 https://github.com/apache/incubator-brpc/blob/master/src/brpc/grpc.cpp#L53 可以查到，同时 SetFailed 第二个error text参数就是grpc_message。
