Ever seen "bulletin"?

Hi,

It comes as a blank message with a "bulletin.zip". Its actually a
RAR file. You unrar it and it produces "bulletin.txt". Then its a stock
spam.

Yes, users here are receiving many of those. Blank body, blank subject
or just "file".
The attached zip varies.
invitation.zip
proposal.zip
file.zip
paid.zip
bulletin.zip

and plain txt inside contains crap about Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and
Nursery Co., Ltd (SZSN)

No, but winzip probably does. Wouldn't surprise me.

(OT: the free 07zip too)

and p2p users have a RAR program for sure... and at worst, spammers hope
to get a curios user who will search for a rar-compatible program.

Don't kid yourself, RAR is getting more popular, especially in the
adult pix world. I'm not a Winderz user, but looks like Winzip 11 is now
supporting RAR and BZ2 files.

I guess they've given up on hoping PC owners will sucker for their game.
I can't imaging that one PC owner in 100K knows what a RAR file is or how to
crack it.
