How are you planning to address the public classes from 0.4 and before with the package name change? Mostly these are the plugin classes that are configured in respective components.

For backward compatibility, we can't take out these public classes. Can we create dummy classes with the old package name, but extend these from the new package class names? We can deprecate them now and eventually remove them.

Open for suggestions and alternatives.
