Problems Lint test debian

When I run the spamassassin --lint test on my debian server I get the
following:

spamassassin: spamassassin script is v3.001000, but using modules
v3.000003

How can fix the modules so they are matching to the script version?

Kind regards,

I'd venture to guess you some how have two Mail::Spamassassin perl
modules installed in different directories. (perhaps one in /usr/local
and one in /usr)

Search your machine for SpamAssassin.pm. There should only be one in any
kind of perl libs directory.
