[jira] [Created] (QPID-7800) [Java Broker] Refactor Port classes to remove unnecessary intermediate classes/interfaces

Rob Godfrey created QPID-7800:
---------------------------------

Summary: [Java Broker] Refactor Port classes to remove unnecessary intermediate classes/interfaces
                 Key: QPID-7800
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-7800
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Java Broker
            Reporter: Rob Godfrey
            Assignee: Rob Godfrey

For historical reasons (related to JMX/RMI) the Port class has sb-interfaces and an abstract class hierarchy to allow for port types which do not support authentication providers or TLS client auth. Now the Broker supports only AMQP and HTTP all port types support both TLS client auth (and require authentication providers).
