Re:Compile Error

You can change `-ZSTD_BUILD_STATIC=ON` to `-DZSTD_BUILD_STATIC=ON`
This is a bug which has been fixed in master branch.
And as Ling said, it is recommanded to use docker dev image to build Doris from source.
