### What happened
In the Security Center - User Management, authorize file resources to other users, other users cannot see them, and they cannot be referenced in tasks. This function does not take effect.

In Security Center - User Management, authorize file resources to other users, and other users can see and use file resources
### How to reproduce
In Security Center - User Management, authorize file resources to other users, and other users log in to view resources and reference resources in tasks
### Anything else
