SequenceFileFromDirectory in examples

Shouldn't this and the Wikipedia one be in the Utils jar instead of Examples?  Seems like we have a bunch of similar tools in Utils, so this seems like an outlier.

Thinking with our earlier definition of Core/Utility/Examples:

This and SequenceFileFromDirectory should be in Utilites. But not
Wikipedia, thats not generic enough to be a called utility. Maybe an
XMLToSeqFiles job could be made from it
