howto/ssi

I'm converting ssi.html to ssi.html, and apparently I dropped some text
into this from an article I wrote for some e-zine, and never went back
to make it more appropriate to the documentation. It's not very good.
So, I'm going to complete the conversion, and then I'm going to attempt
to make it a little better. So if anyone is planning to translate this,
you might want to hold off for a few days.
