To people affected or possibly affected by this issue:

If you have killed running spamd processes, then there should be some
messages in your mailbox that did not get filtered by SpamAssassin so
they will be missing the X-Spam headers.  Can you look for those messages
and attach them to this bug if they exist?

I want to double check that it's not some bug affecting those particular
messages.
