   Step1: cd superset/bin
   Step 2: create a file superset_config.py
   Step 3: Add the line `ENABLE_SCHEDULED_EMAIL_REPORTS = True`
   Step 4: save the file
   Step 5: run `superset init`
   Step 6: run `superset run`
