The doccheck plugin currently only supports m1. I'm working on a m2
solution right now, so please stay tuned. :)
I'm thinking we can piggy-back on the javadoc plugin, but there are
still some issues [1] I need to resolve. Once I get it to work, I'll
publish is on the website [2].
