Attachment: TS-21_stats_patch1.diff
This patch implements the proposed solution using 2 Records Config variables. 'proxy.config.stats.snap_dir' with default 'pkglocalstatedir' and 'proxy.config.stats.snap_file' with default 'stats.snap'.
patch -p0 -i TS-21_stats_patch1.diff

> The statistics snap shot file 'stats.snap' is not being written out since the default directory does not exist and is not created during the install. Warnings are generated like the following:
> [Nov 6 10:52:08.307] Server {3880728912} WARNING: unable to open stats.snap: No such file or directory
> [Nov 6 10:52:08.307] Server {3880728912} WARNING: unable to snap statistics
> [Nov 6 10:53:08.303] Server {3880728912} WARNING: unable to open stats.snap: No such file or directory
> Currently the default directory is set '<prefix>/etc/<package>/internal'. A better place would be 'pkglocalstatedir'. The proposed solution is to have 2 Records Config variables 'proxy.config.stats.snap_dir' with default 'pkglocalstatedir' and 'proxy.config.stats.snap_file' with default 'stats.snap'.
