socket write error

Hi,

I'm trying to run a client for my SOAP services on another computer and I
get Connection Refused ... I think it has to do with the way that I have
declared my hostname ...

<Server>

	....
 <ContextManager debug="0" workDir="work" hostName="cse-mfayad.unl.edu">
 	....
  </ContextManager>
</Server>

However, in the log file I find that a socket error has actually occord
...

javax.servlet.ServletException: socket write error (code=10053)
	at org.apache.jasper.runtime.JspServlet.service(JspServlet.java,
Compiled Code)
	at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:853)

Compiled Code)
	at

Any ideas are welcomed .... :-)

Thanks,
Octav
