You should probably remove 'mirrors.isc.org' as well, as they are using
lighttpd/1.4.22

Or are they 'exempt' from the new rules that only a few mirrors have to

Readme.html for http://mirrors.directorymix.com/apache/ has been fixed
according to the new specifications and guidelines

We are going through the list slowly. There are now 305 mirrors.
No mirror is "'exempt' from the new rules".
