Nightly Build - James v2.1.1a2 available

James v2.1.1a2, the second nightly test release for v2.1.1, is now in the
download area.  As with all Nightly Builds, there is no assurance that this
code even works.

Other than that, it is v2.1 with NNTP fixes, documentation corrections, and
updates to the SQL resources.

Please provide feedback to james-user@jakarta.apache.org.
