[users@httpd] Windows servers

I have the new apache webserver running, and it doesn't seem to allow more than one website. Is there a way to configure it to run more than one? I'm used to using in on a *nix machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I got one Apache and about 30 sites... I use mod_l33t-1.0 for it, but that's
just me... Not sure why nobody else uses it though... Maybe it's instable or
insecure or something... But my security increased and my Apache hasn't
crashed a single time cause of it (it has only crashed when I tried to load
inexisting php extensions :p)....

crypt.domain.com (Mcrypt script)
s.domain.com (search)
g.domain.com (get file)
portal.domain.com (incomlete portal thingy)
projects.domain.com (list of my projects)
8f.domain.com (my class)
a.b.c.d.e.f.g.h.i.domain.com (just testing lots of dots really)

Yup, Virtual Hosts is the solution. Each domain is a virtual host and you've
got to say "this subdirectory" belongs to "this domain" (The virtual host).
Then when a user enters the domain in the browser, the web servert will take
this visitor to that directory.

Re: [users@httpd] [SPAM?] [users@httpd] Windows servers

Hadn't realized that the server was an open relay till I got that message,
it's fixed now (guess we'll find out), and my mailer says it's sending in
plain text format, so I don't know why it's coming in HTML...

On a more positive note, I also realized that even though the apache server
is a windows based system, the httpd.conf file is very similar to the *nix
based ones. Thank you so much for the replies so quickly.

(crossing fingers there's not another "this may be spam" message to
accompany this one... )

Osyrys

The below garbage came from robert@seabreeze.asn.au, not Osyrys.
robert@seabreeze.asn.au has now been removed from the list.

I've lost any patience I ever had for misconfigured auto-replies.

[But, Osyrys should probably note that he is posting from an open relay
and posting in html format. Both of these are rather bad form.]
