Upgrade the camel-kamelets-catalog dependency from 4.18.0 to 4.18.1 on the camel-4.18.x branch.

The camel-kamelets-catalog-version property in parent/pom.xml should be bumped to 4.18.1 to pick up the latest kamelets release on the 4.18.x maintenance line.
