* Create has incorrect syntax -- it implies you can create a project w/ just a name but no id.
* Platform makes some mention of *unavailable platforms*, but there's no code for this...
* Serve says that <PLATFORM> is a required argument, but in fact there is no such argument, and thus if you try to pass a platform, you get terrible behavior..
