strange behavior from 1.1b0a

Over the past week I have occasionally had cases where one of the
child processes will start taking ~30% CPU.

One thing that would be particularly helpful in finding the cause
would be storing the URL that a process is currently serving.

I'm running with KeepAlive = 2 and KeepAliveTimeout = 5.
