Axis alpha-3 FINAL has been posted

Come and get it!

This version was built against the following libraries:

   Ant 1.4.1(needed for development only)
   Excalibur 4.0 (included in the distribution)
   Jaf 1.0.1 (optional, only needed if attachments are used)
   Javamail 1.2  (optional, only needed if attachments are used)
   Junit 3.7(needed for development only)
   Log4j 1.4.1(included in the distribution)
   Servlet.jar from Tomcat 4.0.1 (also tested with JRun, and WebSphere)
   WSDL4J 0_9_for_review_b (included in the distribution)
   Xerces Java Parser 1.4.4 (also tested with Crimson from Sun's JAXP 1.1)
