   1. enable ACL then configure the plain_acl.yml file(just remove the default account 'RocketMQ'):

     # if it is admin, it could access all resources
     admin: true
   ```
   2. producer: set AK & SK, then start and send any message to the broker.
   
   - What did you expect to see?
   admin could access all resources as mention by the default config file,
   so I shouldn't see any exception.
   
   - What did you see instead?
   ```
