Of course it wouldn't run mahout-core tests since it couldn't finish
with mahout-math... stupid me. Ok let's see if it's a transient
condition.

But then i might have put -Dmaven.test.skip=true in my maven
settings.xml and forgot about it

also what i don't understand is that upon examining full console
output, it seems it only runs tests in mahout-math but not mahout-core
ones.

(When i do default 'mvn install' build, tests don't even run, i have
to run 'mvn test' to run all of them, then they run -- including core
ones.)
