[jira] [Commented] (KARAF-829) Support of Java 7

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-829?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13091724#comment-13091724 ]

Jean-Baptiste Onofré commented on KARAF-829:
--------------------------------------------

Build OK with Java 7 on karaf-2.2.x branch.

The runtime is also ok:

karaf@root> info
[...]
JVM
Java Virtual Machine Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM version 21.0-b17
  Version 1.7.0

I have installed the cxf features, the camel features, the cave features, and run some tests without problem.

Same tests performed on trunk (build and runtime), without problem (just have to change the Karaf features name, as now we use full qualified name).

Java 7 support is OK for me.

> This issue is more to perform Karaf tests with Java 7 to validate that we don't have any regression and fully support this new Java version.
