Just wanted to add support for fixing in 1.1 (especially since I'm developing an
app where it would be quite helpful). In a way, I'm not sure I agree that it's
an enhancement since it really should be in sync with <html:link>. In fact, it
seems to make more sense for LinkTag to extend RewriteTag and just add the
wrapping HTML and body handling. The rendering of the URI should be identical.

As an aside, since the EL library is not part of the Struts core, keeping it in
sync shouldn't be a deciding factor for when this gets fixed.
